Job Summary
Deliver high-quality virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults. Build meaningful connections with patients to support their engagement in treatment, monitor patient progress against care goals, and adjust treatment approaches as necessary. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create integrated care plans and maintain thorough patient records. Candidates must hold an independent license, have relevant experience in therapy with youth, and possess the necessary technology to conduct telehealth sessions.
Required Qualifications
- Independently licensed as a LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD/PhD in Virginia
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children and adolescent patients
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting
- Own your own phone, computer, and high speed internet
- Commit to a minimum of 5 hours per week during core hours, after 4pm Monday through Friday and 8am-7pm on Weekends
