Job Summary

Conduct individual telehealth intake sessions for youth ages 2–26 using evidence-based assessment practices tailored to developmental stages. Deliver ongoing individual psychotherapy, adjusting treatment plans based on continuous assessment of patient progress. Build meaningful connections with patients and families by educating them on therapeutic approaches and fostering trusting relationships that support long-term engagement. Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinicians, medical providers, and families to create coordinated, whole-child treatment plans. Maintain thorough clinical documentation and participate in optional weekly paid clinical consultations to enhance skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Independently licensed as a LCPC, LCMFT, LCSW-C, or PsyD/PhD Virginia
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children and adolescent patients
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting
