Job Summary
Independently licensed behavioral health clinician delivering counseling and mental health services for children to adults in a clinic setting. Conducts initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, provides evidence-based therapy using multiple modalities, monitors progress, maintains accurate records to ensure treatment plan compliance, and collaborates with a diverse healthcare team. Participates in supervision, staff meetings, and continuing education to support professional development; supported by extensive clinic resources and a strong retention-focused organization.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- State licensure as Licensed Professional Counselor Mental Health Service Provider (LPC – MHSP), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Registered play therapist preferred
