Job Summary
Provide individual and/or family therapy to child and adolescent clients, maintain approximately 25 client hours per week for full-time status, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and participate in team meetings and trainings. Requires a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (LMHC/LMFT) and an active license or path to licensure with supervision available. Flexible scheduling includes in-person or hybrid options at Ellie Mental Health – Clifton Park, with a compensation range of $60,000–$90,000 annually and benefits such as medical/dental/vision, 401(k), generous PTO, and CEU support. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (LMHC, LMFT)
- Active clinical license or on the path to licensure (supervision available as capacity allows)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Familiarity with EHR systems (Valant experience a plus!)
