Child and Adolescent Therapist

Conduct virtual and in-person therapy for children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers using a whole-child approach that addresses root causes. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to support engagement in treatment and educate them on therapeutic approaches. Work alongside an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care while handling clinical consultation and peer support. The role serves patients ages 2–26 in Fort Washington, PA, with flexible core hours starting after 3pm. Blackbird Health manages credentialing, billing, and EMR to allow clinicians to focus entirely on patient care.
