Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, provide medication treatments, and manage ongoing psychiatric care for adolescents in a residential setting. Lead all aspects of program care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including APRNs, nurses, and residential staff. Offer staff training and consultations to enhance medication understanding and support families. This role involves a part-time schedule of 20 to 30 hours per week with standard Monday-Friday hours and rotating on-call duties.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child/Adolescent Psychiatry (fellowship completed)
- Unrestricted medical license in Massachusetts
- DEA certificate
- MA Controlled Substance certificate
