Job Summary
Join Sevita's REM South Central Services as a Child and Adolescent Caregiver in Willmar, MN, providing direct care and support to participants in a children’s program. Responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, supporting participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, and helping individuals who may have behavioral challenges or complex needs. The role emphasizes building real, meaningful relationships, taking initiative, fostering community participation, and ensuring participant well-being under the supervision of caring supervisors. This is a full-time, hourly position with multiple shifts (7a-3p, 3p-10p, 10p-7a awake overnight) and requires a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
