Job Summary
Deliver evidence-based behavioral therapy to children and teens ages 3 to 17 using CBT and parent-management training, while documenting sessions and care plans accurately in the electronic health record. Collaborate with coaches, therapists, and prescribers to support treatment aspects and provide clinical expertise for content and program development teams. Offer instrumental guidance on workflows and tools to drive innovation, and actively engage in testing, iteration, and feedback sessions. Acquire new state licenses to expand services nationwide. Work remotely as part of the care team, attending meetings to learn, teach, and communicate.
Required Qualifications
- Expertise in delivering child and teen-focused CBT, particularly for anxiety, depression, trauma, and disruptive behavior disorders
- Experience in family-centered care models
- A warm, engaging clinical style
- Excellent skills with learning and using new technologies
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- An active license (ABLE TO PRACTICE INDEPENDENTLY) in any state as LMFT, LICSW, LCSW, LPC or LMHC
