Job Summary
Lead a multidisciplinary team of clinical/consultative and support staff in the Child/Special Needs and Adult Behavioral Health Units as Program Director at Westborough Behavioral Healthcare Hospitals. Oversee clinical and administrative operations, establish a child/adult behavioral health model, ensure data collection, review and reporting of outcomes for children, families, and programs, and facilitate staff training and collaboration with nursing, families, and external stakeholders. Implement therapeutic programming using positive behavioral support and crisis-stabilization strategies; coordinate developmentally appropriate therapy, school activities, and daily living experiences; recruit, hire, and manage staff within the NRPPD framework; balance FTEs and budgeting to support unit operations. Requires Bachelor's in Nursing and a valid MA RN license, with 2+ years of managerial/clinical supervisory experience in a therapeutic setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Valid Massachusetts RN license in good standing
- 2+ years managerial/clinical experience in a therapeutic treatment setting that serves young children and Special Needs population
- Computer proficiency with clinical information systems
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Experience in acute psychiatric setting with supervisory experience
