Job Summary
Independent licensed clinician to provide outpatient therapy in Tucson, AZ, delivering individual, group, couples, and family counseling. Responsibilities include completing initial and ongoing assessments, maintaining confidential documentation and service plans, coordinating with the integrated treatment team, referring clients to community resources, assessing risk of harm, ensuring HIPAA compliance, and signing off on assessments and plans for associate staff. Requires active Arizona license (LPC/LCSW/LMFT), specialization in Child & Adolescent Therapy and Play Therapy techniques, and willingness to work evenings/weekends. Required Qualifications
- Independently Licensed clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
- Active License in the state of Arizona (required)
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
- Evening and weekend availability (preferred)
- Current CPR, AED, First Aid certifications (preferred)
- Current DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (required)
- Bilingual (preferred)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Software especially 365 platform
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
- Strong organizational skills and communication skills
- Knowledge of integrated healthcare delivery models
