Job Summary
Deliver high-quality virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers across Pennsylvania, Virginia, and New Jersey. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to support engagement in treatment and educate them on therapeutic approaches. Work alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals ages 2–26. This role offers a W2 part-time arrangement of 20 hours per week (17 direct care hours) with a base salary of $40,000 plus session bonuses, scheduling after 3pm weekdays and/or weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Active Virginia license: LCSW, LPC, LPC-R or Resident in Counseling, LMFT, LMSW, or SiSW
- 1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients
- 1+ year of telehealth or virtual setting experience
- Available after 3pm ET weekdays and/or weekends
