Full-time W-2 position with sign-on bonus and an annual income potential of $100,000–$112,000+, productivity-based compensation, and full benefits. Requires Virginia licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) and involves working within a multidisciplinary team with administrative support, telemedicine capability, and 100% malpractice coverage. Qualified candidates will have experience with children and teens, and be able to operate in an outpatient setting with both in-person and remote flexibility.
Required Qualifications
