Job Summary
Meet with children, adolescents and their families for an initial behavioral health assessment and collaborate to create a personalized treatment plan reflecting their goals and needs. Conduct regular individual, family, or group counseling sessions to build a trusted therapeutic relationship, continually evaluating progress and adapting treatment to ensure clients receive care and encouragement to thrive. Licensed as LCSW or LPC required; Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work or Counseling; internship/field placement/practicum completed. Knowledge of community resources and sensitivity to cultural diversity and dual-diagnosed populations is valued. Required Qualifications
