Job Summary
Simultaneously serve multiple emergency rooms, hospital medical floors, and psychiatric crisis programs to evaluate and treat patients in acute crisis and determine the most appropriate level of care. Direct and implement psychotherapeutic treatments and prescribe medication for mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders while utilizing a collaborative care approach within partner healthcare teams. Receive support throughout your shift from a 24/7 access center that triages cases and ensures necessary resources for successful patient treatment. This role involves immersive episodic care for children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients across various states, requiring unrestricted licensure and experience with multiple EMRs. You will work remotely from a private office space, with Array supporting additional state licensure and DEA processes.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist
- Unrestricted, independent licensure
- Established and updated CAQH and FCVS profiles
- Experience providing psychiatric care to all age groups
- Treating patients in acute crisis and providing stabilizing treatment in 24/7 settings
- Communicating with patients from various backgrounds and providing culturally competent care
- Experience working with multiple EMRs at the same time
- Advanced technical proficiency, including using hardware (Laptop, camera, monitors), Windows systems, Microsoft software, and EMR software over several years of experience in telehealth
- Required to have a private office space in home or elsewhere for confidentiality
- 100% remote position
