Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist needed in Washington for outpatient care. Outpatient clinic with in-person and hybrid flexibility; must be fully licensed in WA and board-certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry with an unencumbered DEA. W2 employed position with sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, 401K match, and flexible schedule. Offices in Kirkland and Federal Way, WA, with locations throughout the area and new office recently opened. Responsibilities include medication management and therapy; experience in both, with a care model focused on evidence-based, medically driven treatment in a clinical team environment. Competitive compensation ranging from $366,000 to $470,000 annually plus productivity-based incentives; weekend option optional, Monday-Friday schedule typical. Must reside in Washington.
