Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist needed for outpatient clinic in Washington. Provide comprehensive psychiatric care for children and adolescents, including medication management and therapy, within a fast-growing behavioral health practice. Roles include in-person and hybrid work options at a newly opened office in Federal Way with additional locations in the area (Edmonds). Requires full licensure in Washington, board certification in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, and an unencumbered DEA. Competitive compensation ($363k-$467k/year), W2 employment, sign-on bonus, cash-based incentives, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with 4% match, and flexible scheduling (Mon-Fri; weekends optional).
