Child Abuse Prevention Program Specialist

Job Summary
Program Educator delivering age-appropriate body-safety, abuse-prevention, and safe internet practices presentations to students, teachers, and parents in schools and community settings across the St. Louis metropolitan area. Responsibilities include presenting information clearly and sensitively, receiving and documenting child disclosures per legal/organizational protocols, contributing to program materials, maintaining accurate records, meeting deadlines, and collaborating with staff and volunteers. Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong presentation and communication skills, empathy for vulnerable populations, problem-solving ability, proficiency with standard software, and willingness to travel. Schedule is mostly during school hours with occasional evenings/weekends; 38.5 hours/week; 10-month position option; salary posted at $20/hour (final based on experience).
