Job Summary
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to conduct trauma-informed medical/psychological assessments for suspected abuse and neglect; provide forensic documentation, case consultations to prosecutors, and serve as an expert or fact witness; participate in educational presentations for medical residents, law enforcement, and school personnel; enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including >40 days PTO and retirement match; base compensation is substantial and varies by factors such as experience and academic accomplishments; located in New Brunswick, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of an appropriate ACGME or AOA accredited Residency in Pediatrics
- Fellowship trained in Child Abuse Pediatrics
- Board certification or eligible in Pediatrics and Child Abuse Pediatrics
- MD or DO license in the State of New Jersey
- DEA and CDS license
- Must qualify for Saint Peter's University Hospital Liability insurance
