Chief Value Creation Officer (CVCO)

Senior executive role leading enterprise value creation across EBSCO Industries’ diversified portfolio. Responsibilities include developing, owning, and refreshing the enterprise value creation plan with the CEO and executive team; advising the executive leadership team on performance trends, risks, opportunities, and actions to increase shareholder value; prioritizing high-impact organic and inorganic initiatives to improve profitability, productivity, growth, and free cash flow; leading transformation to improve margin through pricing, procurement, labor efficiency, overhead optimization, process redesign, and operating model improvements; establishing disciplined performance cadence with KPI frameworks, initiative tracking, and governance; supporting capital allocation and investment prioritization; contributing to value creation plans for M&A; partnering with executive leadership to optimize portfolio and drive divestiture, reinvestment, or expansion; identifying organizational barriers and nurturing high-potential leaders; building accountability through clear ownership, milestones, and transparent reporting of results. Essential qualifications emphasize 15+ years leadership, P&L and capital-allocation fluency, cross-unit leadership, and a Bachelor’s degree with preference for advanced degree; the role requires executive-level collaboration and a track record of transformation and profitability improvement.
