Job Summary
Chief Therapy Officer responsible for daily operations, fiscal and personnel management, performance improvement, and clinical practices to ensure delivery of quality patient care. Develops department goals, policies, and procedures; ensures compliance with Standards of Therapy Practice; works with administration on evaluating procedural changes. Requires a bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or therapy, current PT/OT/Speech Therapy license, BLS certification, 3+ years leadership, and 5+ years inpatient hospital experience; licensed in the facility’s state. Oklahoma City Rehabilitation Hospital location with emphasis on leadership and comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or therapy specialty
- Current PT, OT, or Speech Therapy license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross
- Three or more years of progressive leadership
- Five or more years of experience in an inpatient hospital setting
- Possess valid and current license in the state where the facility is located
