Job Summary
Provide visionary, enterprise-level leadership to guide innovation strategy and align technology initiatives with organizational goals. Drive growth across the entire Defense Market by accelerating customer adoption and entering new customer sets. Identify and implement innovation opportunities using emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance customer strategic and operational outcomes. Scout, assess, and recommend transformative technologies that advance customer missions. Develop and execute a comprehensive AI roadmap focused on high-impact, ROI-driven initiatives. Advise senior executives to embed innovation into business strategy while championing the use of AI, automation, and digital tools. Build and maintain strategic partnerships and innovation ecosystems to accelerate transformation. Manage large budgets effectively and collaborate across a matrix organization to integrate initiatives seamlessly into workflows. Minimum 10 years' experience in the govcon/IT market required with current security clearance eligibility.
