Job Summary
Define and implement the digital roadmap, align IT initiatives with business goals, and manage budgets for the company's digital transformation. Lead the security strategy, policies, incident response, and compliance with ISO 27001, QCB ICT, and NIST standards while safeguarding data and systems from cyber threats. Oversee core business applications, infrastructure, networks, and cloud adoption to ensure system availability and audit readiness. Build and develop a high-performing IT and cybersecurity team, foster innovation, and present the IT security posture to the Board and regulators. Manage vendors, negotiate SLAs, and mitigate third-party risks within the financial services environment.
Required Qualifications
- Master's in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership within financial institutions
- Proven track record in digital transformation, enterprise IT security, and infrastructure
- Expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity (ISO, NIST, CIS), and IT risk management
- Knowledge of fintech systems (AML, transaction monitoring, APIs)
- Familiarity with AI, ML, IoT, and BI tools
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement
- Excellent communication, leadership, and vendor management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred certifications: CISM, CISSP, PMP, ITIL, ISO 27001, AWS/Azure Architect
