CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER - on-site

Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of experience as a Chief Technology Officer, Director, Program Director for Application Development, Chief Innovation Officer, Director in Information Technology, or similar duties
• 10 years of experience leading and managing large-scale technology projects utilizing Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies
• 10 years of senior IT management experience, overseeing IT infrastructure, software delivery and program management
• 5 years of experience managing IT service desk
• 5 years of experience working with Cloud including AWS and Azure Cloud
• 5 years of experience working with regulations related to data management and security
• 5 years of experience managing Contact Center platforms (Avaya, Genesys, Cisco, etc.)
• 5 years of experience managing Data Center Operations
• 5 years of experience implementing and maintaining online and/or mobile platforms
• 5 years of experience implementing and maintaining CRM platforms such as Salesforce or equivalent
• 5 years of experience deploying digital tools such as secure email, SMS and Chatbot
• 5 years of experience migrating platforms from on-premises to Cloud
• ScrumAlliance Certified ScrumMaster and ITIL V3 or higher Foundation Certifications
• Willingness to provide 24/7 on-call support as needed
