Chief Technology Officer

Chief Technology Officer at MassChallenge responsible for setting technology strategy, data strategy, and driving execution across data as an asset, platform as a differentiated product, and automation to scale the organization. Lead a technology team across engineering, product, and data; serve as a full member of the executive team contributing to company strategy, board reporting, and organizational performance. Build a single source of truth across programs and partners, establish data governance and analytics capabilities, guide responsible AI use, drive automation to increase revenue and impact, oversee platform and product development for core MassChallenge platforms, manage IT security and vendor relationships, and translate the organizational vision into an actionable technology roadmap with clear priorities, timelines, owners, and metrics. This role involves collaboration with academic partners, a focus on AI adoption to lift day-to-day productivity, and shaping technology transformation in a startup ecosystem context.
