Chief Technology Officer & Information security - Multi Family Office - Monaco

Define and own the technology strategy and target architecture for a next-generation wealth and asset management platform. Design core systems including data platforms, APIs, and reporting engines while selecting and optimizing cloud infrastructure to build a scalable, cost-efficient toolstack. Ensure high standards in information security, resilience, data quality, and governance, then implement Agile and DevOps best practices with intelligent backlog management. Recruit, mentor, and lead internal teams and external partners while acting as a strategic partner to founders, investment teams, and compliance officers. This newly created CTO role requires 7 to 15 years of experience in fintech or private banking, with deep expertise in data-centric architectures, microservices, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS). Fluency in English and French is mandatory, alongside strong programming skills in Python, Java, or .NET. The candidate must be tech and business driven, capable of starting from scratch and communicating complex technical concepts clearly within Monaco's highly regulated environment.
