Job Summary
Define and build the technical architecture for a mobile-first web or app MVP, implementing core features including QR-based entry, location-based content delivery, and booking/payment flows via APIs. Develop the platform from scratch with rapid iteration using real pilot customers, then stabilize and scale the system while integrating initial partners through APIs or manual onboarding. Support technical due diligence with investors as the founding team launches pilot hotels and secures seed funding. This equity-based co-founder role requires a hands-on builder mentality to execute a revenue-driven business model for a Digital Concierge Platform targeting 2–4 star hotels worldwide.
Required Qualifications
- Strong full-stack engineering background (e.g., React / Next.js / Node / Python or similar)
- Proven experience building MVPs and scalable platforms
- Product mindset—you think in solutions, not just features
- Hands-on builder mentality with the ability to scale into a leadership role
- Startup mindset: speed over perfection
