Job Summary
Chief Technology Officer to lead technology strategy and product evolution for a LATAM-focused, remote role (EST hours). Lead a distributed team (~30 across LATAM and the US) and oversee merging multiple product lines into a single secure ecosystem. Drive modernization of legacy applications, orchestrate integrations with internal platforms, external APIs, and banking escrow systems, and guide practical product-driven AI initiatives (e.g., predictive matching, automated document drafting, smarter workflow usability). The role emphasizes strategic business partnership with C-level peers, mentoring tech leads, maintaining an architecture vision, and transforming technology to support growth, regulatory knowledge, and user-centered design across HealthTech, FinTech, and LegalTech domains.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive technology leadership
- proven track record of scaling B2B SaaS products
- M&A / multi-platform integration experience
- legacy-code modernization experience
- product-minded engineering focus
- high emotional intelligence
- cloud architecture expertise (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- data management and HIPAA-compliant environments
- excellent written and spoken English
- ability to work core US Eastern Time hours
