Job Summary
Lead enterprise technology strategy, digital transformation, and governance by integrating IT, data, AI, and cybersecurity to enhance operational execution and risk management. Partner with the Executive Leadership Team, Operations, Finance, and Safety to align technology investments with strategic priorities while reinforcing the Zero Incident Safety Culture. Define data architecture, advance analytics capabilities, and oversee infrastructure, cloud environments, and vendor strategies to ensure scalability and reliability across office and field operations. Build and lead a high-performing technology organization, manage the enterprise budget, and drive innovation to support new markets and client engagement. Based in Minneapolis, MN (hybrid) with occasional travel and site visits; salary range $210,000–$275,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (required)
- 15+ years of progressive leadership in technology, digital transformation, or related fields
- 7–10+ years in senior or executive technology leadership roles
- Proven experience leading enterprise technology strategy and transformation
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems, data platforms, AI, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, cloud, data and analytics
- Demonstrated success in scaling teams and capabilities in a growth-oriented organization
- Experience in construction or a comparable project-based industry
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
- CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- AWS, Azure, or equivalent cloud certifications
- Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)
- ITIL Certification

- Travel to other offices, project locations, and industry events as needed
- Construction project site visits may include exposure to outdoor weather conditions, louder noise, moving equipment, and uneven surfaces
- Role requires occasional lifting and moving of objects up to 25 pounds
