Job Summary
Chief Technology Officer (CTO) responsible for shaping the company’s technology strategy across software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and innovation. Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to align with business goals; discover and implement new technologies for competitive advantage; assist various departments in leveraging technology to enhance profitability; oversee system infrastructure for functionality and efficiency; establish quality assurance and data protection processes; monitor KPIs and IT budgets to evaluate technological performance; and communicate the technology strategy to partners and investors. Requirements include 7+ years in a CTO role, cryptocurrency/blockchain knowledge, strong software development and IT infrastructure expertise, cybersecurity experience, leadership and project management skills, ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders, and formal education in Computer Science or Engineering (Diploma/Bachelor/Master); English fluency. Required Qualifications

- Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection
- Diploma, Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar
- Fluent in English
