Job Summary
Develop Acenda's technology strategy to align with business goals and ensure resources are used efficiently, profitably, and securely. Expand the engineering team locally and globally while discovering and implementing new systems that yield competitive advantage. Supervise system infrastructure, build quality assurance and data protection processes, and monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance. Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors using stakeholder feedback to inform necessary adjustments. This CTO role requires sound technical leadership, strategic thinking, and strong business acumen to drive Acenda's eCommerce platform for 1P and 3P marketplace presences.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role
- Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy
- Understanding of budgets and business-planning
- Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership and organizational abilities
- Strategic thinking
- Problem-solving aptitude
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
