Job Summary
Chief Talent Officer to design and oversee AF's end-to-end talent lifecycle, including recruitment, development, engagement, and placement; build and optimize talent pipelines, establish Salesforce-based tracking, and create scalable systems and partnerships to drive retention and meaningful career transitions within the liberty movement.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years of professional experience in talent development, recruiting, leadership development, or workforce pipeline building
- Prior experience working within the liberty movement (required)
- Demonstrated experience building or managing talent pipelines, fellowship programs, or placement systems
- Strong systems thinker with experience building processes, workflows, and scalable infrastructure
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred) and data-driven decision-making
- Proven ability to build and maintain high-trust relationships across organizations
- Strong project management and operational execution skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build from the ground up
