Job Summary
Coordinate professional designers and organize project design, development, and quality control work. Lead technical coordination across project majors, resolve major technical difficulties, and review, approve, and guide key drawings. Negotiate technical contracts, formulate design standards, and manage daily staff appraisal and training. Implement quality management documents to ensure drawing validity and oversee technical exchanges for offshore oil and gas facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above
- More than 12 years of experience in ship and offshore design and process technology
- Familiar with professional technical theory and practical knowledge of ships and marine engineering ships, machinery, electricity, outfitting, etc.
- Familiar with the international and domestic technical regulations and conventions of ships and marine engineering
- Familiar with the company's technical design related management regulations and management procedures
- Understand the technology and development trend of shipbuilding and ocean engineering
- Familiar with design and related office software
- Strong business and technical capabilities
- Strong organizational and coordination capabilities
- Good language (including foreign languages), writing skills
