Job Summary
Develop and refine the organization's overall strategy in collaboration with the CEO, Board of Directors, and system leadership team. Lead the strategic planning process, oversee fund development, advocacy, and public relations strategy, and direct key strategic initiatives. Manage performance of the team, conduct monthly meetups, and handle all recruitment and hiring for direct reports. Attend monthly Board meetings and review monthly financial reports to maintain expenditures within budget. Requires seven years of nonprofit healthcare experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a Valid Oregon License. Full-time role with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of seven years of experience in nonprofit healthcare-related setting
- Three years of experience with strategic planning, community needs assessment, fundraising, grant writing and reporting requirements
- Five years of people management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid Oregon License
