Lead all estimating efforts for commercial drywall and interior projects by reviewing drawings, specs, and bid documents to develop accurate, competitive proposals with complete scope coverage. Manage bid strategy, pricing approaches, and risk analysis while working closely with ownership and operations to align estimating with company goals. Mentor junior estimators and stay current on labor, material, and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge. This leadership seat involves direct influence on the work the company pursues and its financial performance, requiring a strategic mindset to take ownership of the entire estimating function.
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in commercial drywall estimating
- Experience handling large, complex bids and multiple projects simultaneously

- Deep understanding of labor, material, and market pricing
- Strong attention to detail with a strategic mindset
- Experience with estimating software such as On-Screen Takeoff, QuickBid, or similar
