Job Summary
Chief Scientific Officer to lead the development of a multi-year scientific agenda grounded in rigorous evidence and innovation, oversee the Improvement Science Hub and PDMS, strengthen evidence generation and application across global health contexts, direct partnerships with funders and customers, and develop scientific talent to enhance IHI’s credibility and impact; ideal candidate will have deep expertise in improvement science, peer-reviewed publications, and leadership experience in health care quality and equity initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- advanced degree (PhD, DrPH, MD, or equivalent) in a relevant field (e.g., public health, medicine, health services research, epidemiology, implementation science, social science, or a related discipline)
