Job Summary
Senior-level executive role overseeing KIPP CAP’s seven schools, accountable for school-level results and leading the Schools Team (Managing Directors of Schools and Principals) to implement systems, ensure alignment with the CAO, and drive disciplined execution, data-informed decision-making, and rigorous evaluation of people and initiatives. Partners with the Chief Academic Officer to ensure alignment of academic vision and instructional standards, leads leadership development and professional learning, and maintains a strong focus on equity, anti-racism, and student outcomes across the region.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution; master’s degree in education or a related field preferred.
