Job Summary
Chief Sales Officer responsible for defining a multi-year sales strategy across hardware, software, cloud, and managed services; own annual/quarterly revenue targets and pipeline for Canada and the US; lead a high-performing sales organization, build and develop Directors/Managers across Sales Operations, Renewals, and Partner Management; drive net-new logo acquisition and expansion with enterprise accounts, engage C-level stakeholders, and represent Quadbridge at industry events; manage end-to-end revenue, gross margin, and deal discipline; implement structured coaching, performance reviews, and career development; collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to shape GTM strategies, pricing frameworks, and forecasting; oversee CRM-driven forecasting, KPI tracking, and territory design; leverage channel/partner ecosystems and cross-functional collaboration to optimize performance; requires 12+ years in progressive B2B technology sales with at least 5 years in a VP of Sales or equivalent senior leadership role;Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA asset).
