Job Summary
Senior leadership role responsible for enterprise risk management across a CFTC-regulated DC market framework (DCM/DCO). Owns the identification, assessment, and mitigation of all risks, establishing the risk management framework from ground up to go-live and maturing it as the business scales. Collaborates with the CEO/board, drives risk strategy, governance, stress testing, system safeguards, cyber resilience, business continuity, regulatory engagements, and audit-ready documentation. Requires 7+ years in risk management, with 4+ years in a regulated market infrastructure in the United States; CFA/FRM desirable. Located in Chicago with a remote-start arrangement transitioning to 3 days in-office.
