Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)-Crypto/Blockchain

Job Summary
Chief Revenue Officer leads all revenue-generating functions across sales, marketing, customer acquisition and retention for Caiz's Islamic, blockchain-based ecosystem; oversees end-to-end revenue ownership, pricing, CRM tooling (Salesforce, HubSpot), and cross-functional alignment with Product, Finance, Operations, and Compliance to ensure scalable revenue growth while upholding Shariah-compliant values. Responsibilities include building and scaling sales teams across institutional, enterprise, and retail segments; growth marketing and digital strategy; customer journey optimization; revenue forecasting and reporting; pricing design and monetization of digital assets; and reducing churn to increase lifetime value. Requires 10+ years in revenue or growth leadership in crypto/fintech/tech startups; strong analytical skills; proficiency with CRM and digital marketing; and English fluency. Education preferred includes a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, with MBA or executive training as an added advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- MBA or executive-level training is an added advantage
- 10+ years in revenue or growth leadership roles, ideally in crypto, SaaS, fintech, or tech startups
- Experience in digital customer acquisition and data analytics
- Strong analytical mindset with understanding of revenue models and KPIs
- Expertise in CRM platforms, performance marketing, and digital sales strategies
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
- Knowledge or experience with ethical or Shariah-compliant products is a plus
- Language: Excellent spoken English (native or near-native level)
