Job Summary
Partner with executive leadership to execute strategic growth plans, develop revenue strategies, and monitor market trends to identify new opportunities. Lead the sales organization, manage pipelines and forecasts, and expand market reach through strategic partnerships. Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams to align pricing and messaging, while maintaining strong customer relationships to drive retention and value. Build high-performing teams, establish performance standards, and resolve challenges across sales, marketing, and account management functions. Report directly to the CEO, overseeing all revenue-generating activities to accelerate sustainable growth within this nationwide ATM management leader.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
- Extensive experience leading sales, marketing, business development, or revenue organizations
- Demonstrated success growing revenue through new product development, branding, partnerships, and strategic initiatives
- Significant experience with P&L management and executive-level decision-making
- Experience developing and executing business strategies that drive measurable results
- Strong understanding of business metrics, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Proven executive leadership and team-building capabilities
- Strong strategic planning and business development expertise
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
- Strong customer relationship management and partnership-building skills
- Experience with Salesforce and other business productivity platforms
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
- Strong analytical and financial acumen

Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, or equivalent executive leadership experience
