Job Summary
Chief Human Resource Officer leads HR across the nonprofit organization, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and HRIS administration; develops and executes a comprehensive people strategy aligned with the agency’s mission, vision, values, and strategic plan; ensures compliance with employment laws and best practices; strengthens leadership development, organizational culture, and workforce planning; partners with agency leaders to drive talent development, succession planning, and organizational transformation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field required
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in the human resources field
