Job Summary
Translate Auberle's vision into actionable, scalable community programs and services through innovative methods and funding proposals. Directly supervise program directors and managers, overseeing staff recruitment, professional development, and program coordination. Establish data-driven benchmarks to measure program effectiveness and report outcomes to the board and major donors. Collaborate with executive leadership to build annual program budgets and ensure optimal funding allocation. Requires a Master's degree, ten years of management experience, and proficiency with data-driven tools and case management systems. Reports directly to the COO to ensure programs achieve social impact goals. This role involves regular travel and varied hours including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred, bachelor's degree required
- Valid PA driver's license, vehicle, registration, and proof of insurance
- Ten years of management and leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience with contracts, budgets, and highly regulated programming
- Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances required
- Proficiency with data-driven decision-making tools, electronic health records or case management systems, and standard business applications (Microsoft 365)
- Requires working varied hours, including evenings, some weekends and holidays
- Involves exposure to tobacco smoke, domestic animals, household pests, and other conditions common to domestic environments
Desired Qualifications
- Preference given to Behavioral Health oversight experience
