Job Summary
Develop and communicate the product vision while leading a clear product strategy and governing the strategic roadmap through prioritization and stakeholder alignment. Define the AI strategy and technical architecture, advancing the software development approach and ensuring data governance, quality, and infrastructure reliability. Drive operational excellence via standardization and automation across product, engineering, data, and operations teams. Lead five direct reports and manage budget planning for external service providers. Reports directly to the CEO, collaborating closely with customer, offer, and user domains to scale the health platform. Ensures product, technology, data, and operations function as a scalable, secure, and future-proof unit.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Führung in Product & Tech auf Bereichs- oder Geschäftsleitungsebene (z. B. CPTO, CTO mit Produktverantwortung, CPO mit Tech-/Delivery-Verantwortung)
- Exzellente Kenntnisse in KI/GenAI entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfung – Produkt, Betrieb, Use-Case-Bewertung und Governance unter Compliance-Aspekten
- Starkes technisches Fundament (Architektur, Engineering, Skalierung, Betrieb/DevOps, Security-by-Design)
- Verständnis für Data/BI (Governance, KPI-Logiken, Datenqualität)
- Erfahrung in Organisationsentwicklung über Prozesse, Standards, Kultur und Führung
- Du richtest Produkt-, Tech- und Datenarbeit konsequent an Unternehmenszielen aus und setzt klare Prioritäten
- Du schaffst Alignment in einem Multi-Stakeholder-Kontext und triffst tragfähige Entscheidungen
- Du bringst komplexe Themen zuverlässig in die Umsetzung (Delivery, Qualität, Betrieb)
- Du verbindest Innovation mit Pragmatismus und Skalierung
- Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher
