Chief Product Officer, Digital Assets

Chief Product Officer, Digital Assets based in Paris or London (with Amsterdam as a possible location) to lead tokenisation product vision and strategy across issuance, custody, settlement, lifecycle management and secondary trading infrastructure. Responsible for leading structured discovery with clients and prospects to identify needs and translate them into a prioritized product roadmap, taking products from concept through design, specification, build and launch. Write and own product specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria for IT, Legal and Compliance, and collaborate with Legal, Compliance and Risk to ensure MiCA, DLT Pilot Regime, CSDR and national regulations are integrated from inception. Define token economics and interoperability across distributed ledger technology networks and traditional infrastructure. Build and lead the product team, hire and mentor staff, and establish effective working practices. Define and track success metrics (adoption, volumes, time-to-market, client satisfaction) and report progress to senior management and the board. Interact with the CEO, CTO and ExCo and contribute to a culture of growth, innovation and accountability within a European capital markets infrastructure environment.
