Chief Product Officer (CPO) - Crypto / Web3

Chief Product Officer (CPO) at Caiz responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle in a Web3/crypto environment. Define and execute the product strategy aligned with the company’s mission, stay ahead of trends in crypto, DeFi, NFTs, and Web3, and scale global product offerings. Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, Designers, and Analysts; prioritize features based on data, user feedback, and business goals; collaborate with engineering to ensure timely, high-quality releases; define and track KPIs and success metrics. Partner with Marketing, Community, Compliance, and Operations to ensure product-market fit and regulatory readiness; communicate plans and progress to executives, investors, and the community. Requirements include 8+ years of product leadership (5+ in crypto/blockchain), understanding of crypto protocols and smart contracts, strong user-centered design and agile/lean methodologies, experience scaling products, excellent cross-stakeholder communication, and a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
