Job Summary
Formulate and execute Procurement & Supply Chain strategy, including category planning and budget management. Build supplier networks across Asia and Ukraine, negotiating contracts for price, lead time, and payment terms. Manage the full supply cycle from order to warehouse, overseeing international logistics, customs clearance, and inventory turnover. Control component shortages by diversifying suppliers and optimizing stock levels while mitigating supply-chain risks. Automate procurement and planning processes and lead teams in Supply Planning and Logistics.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in Procurement, Supply Chain or operational management
- Practical experience in MilTech, Defense, electronics, hardware, automotive or similar technical environment
- Experience with international procurement of electronic and/or technical components
- Practical experience working with suppliers from Asia
- Understanding of electronics procurement specifics, component base and mechanical components
- Experience building a procurement planning system
- Strong negotiation experience regarding price, Lead Time, payment terms, Incoterms and long-term contracts
- Understanding of international logistics, customs clearance and import operations
- Experience managing component shortages and supplier diversification
- Practical understanding of inventory management
- English language — Upper-Intermediate or higher, sufficient for international negotiations and contract work

- Experience scaling international Procurement / Supply Chain functions
