Job Summary
The position of Chief Plan Review Analyst will supervise and evaluate subordinate plan reviewers and ensure compliance of site plans with the Building Code. Responsibilities include liaising with contractors, examining building plans, and providing code information to the public. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree related to architecture or engineering and experience in plan review.
Required Qualifications
- Must be registered or meet eligibility requirements in accordance with Public Act #407 of 2016 for registration as a Plan Reviewer
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
- Bachelor’s Degree in architecture, engineering, building construction, or related field
- Four (4) years of experience as a plan reviewer or performing architectural and building design work
Desired Qualifications
- International Code Council certification as a Building Plans Examiner
