Job Summary
Seeking a Chief Pilot for PACCAR's Seattle base to oversee FAA Part 91 corporate flight operations of three aircraft. Responsibilities include managing a team of five pilots, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations, managing training programs, and overseeing safety management systems. Candidates must hold an Airline Transport Pilot License, have a current FAA First Class medical certificate, possess supervisory experience, and have a minimum of 5000 hours of total flight time with 3000 hours in turbine powered multi-engine aircraft. An Associates Degree is required, while a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must have the right to live and work in the United States
- Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL)
- Current FAA First Class medical certificate
- Multi Engine Land (MEL) rating and appropriate type rating
- Current Pilot in Command (PIC) proficiency endorsements (FAR 61.58)
- Minimum 5000 hours total flight time
- 3000 hours Turbine powered multi-engine
- Speak and understand radiotelephony communications as per ICAO Annex 1
- Ability to pass TSA and Port of Seattle background screening for ID badge and ramp driving privileges
- Valid passport and driver’s license
Desired Qualifications
- Current Gulfstream G280 type rating
- Flight Instructor / Training Captain experience in large turbojet aircraft
- Safety Management Systems (SMS) and risk assessment
