Job Summary
Lead fundraising and philanthropy efforts by developing goal-oriented programs for annual giving, major gifts, and endowments while engaging the Board of Trustees and fostering a culture of giving. Identify prospective individual, corporate, and foundation donors; implement and maintain fundraising software; and oversee the Volunteer Services Department, including recruitment and community outreach. Organize donor communications, solicitations, and recognition programs, and represent the organization in presentations. Adhere to privacy and security policies, participate in agency philanthropic campaigns, and apply data analytics to evaluate fund strategies. Ensure continuous education on ethics and development trends to implement best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in development with a human service agency
- Master's Degree
- CFRE
