Job Summary
Chief People Officer responsible for building a world-class employee experience from recruitment through retirement. Focus on talent acquisition, onboarding, leadership development, employee engagement, training, performance management, succession planning, and culture enhancement. Partners with firm leadership while overseeing the Human Resources team. Key responsibilities include developing recruiting strategies for attorneys and professional staff, building pipelines of top legal and business talent, enhancing the employer brand, designing onboarding and professional development programs, coaching managers and emerging leaders, creating succession plans, and conducting strategic workforce planning to support organizational growth. Emphasizes culture, retention, and leadership development across the organization.
Required Qualifications
